beginner cycle
I'm thinking of starting my first cycle. Can anyone suggest a cycle of Test & d-bol?

Bro you need to give us some info about yourself, i.e. age, weight, training exp., and what type of goals you have. That way we can better help you with a cycle that we think would be best for you.

Sorry guys,
i'm 33
5'6 160lbs
Work out hard 3 times a week. no cardio
I eat 5-6 healthy low carb high protein meals a day
I've been working out for a couple of years
My goals are to gain size & strenght
Currently I max out at 200lbs on the bench, & I would like to raise that to at least 250lbs or more
