    Question im new please help

    ive never done aas before but i decided to try test i was thinking 250mg a week ,but im concerned about the "bitch tits" thing so i was looking for advice on what to take during,or after to stop this from happening

    Like the other guys said research anti-e's for gyno (bitch tits) and other estrogen related sides, and research the AS your looking to use...... also before anyone will really help you will need to give your stats: age, weight, height, training experiance....... Good luck
