how much weight is lost after a cycle?
How much weight is lost after cycle? If the cycle is a newbie to moderate cycle with the PCT done correctly. With a gallon of water or more a day. And eat fairly clean throughout the cycle and after. I know that its water weight that is lost so could you do cardio a few times a week or sit in a sauna for a few days to help that problem? TIA

Bro it all depends on your body and how much you gain. The more you gain, the higher the possibility it's water weight.

So would the cardio and the sauna even be worth it? or is it one of those things that wouldnt hurt?

no, im just an idiot. I meant like something very low dose, like a beginer cycle thats all. sorry....

Post-cycle is usually the best time for gains. Great opportunity for growth as your natural test levels bounce back up. As for the any water bloat anti-e's throughout the cycle should take care of that problem.
