    Arrow First cycle help

    Hi there:
    After reading posts, literature on roids, profiles, I finally decided for a 80 days cycle of Sustanon and Boldenone .

    Im gonna inject every 4 days 250mg of sustanon+200mg of boldenone (have 20 amps of susta and 80ml of boldenone 50mg/ml).

    Have Omifin(Clomiphene Citrate) for PCT.

    Please give me advices and opinions on this cycle, Ill appreciate them.

    DR(152lb, 3 years training, 23y/o, 12%bf)

    IMOat 152lbs you have alot to gain naturally....up your cals and protein, get your training straight, research and hold off as for awhile

    ok

    Im cannot say I know everything on eating and resting.
    The only things I can say about is that:
    -Im gonna eat 300grs of protein each day, lots of water, good carbos and low fats.
    -Ill be sleeping 9 hours at night and short nap (1 hour)in the afternoon.
    -Gonna train eod.
    -Cardio 3 times a week.

    Its easy for me to get Novaldex, so if gyno comes, Its easy to deal with, lol.

    good start there bro, i would cut down the cardio...train 5x/week....and up up up the cals

    hey...

    Well, train 5 times a week sounds good for me..... what about train eod???? how does that sound to you all?

    I have a question:Which foods on a cycle gives you the best cals? Complex carbs like potato, rice and pasta, or simple ones like sugars?

    What you mean gonna do all this? You mean you haven't been eating right and training right? Just curious.
