    Dbol, what time of day should I take it?

    I just started a sus and deca cycle and have some Dbols to kick start.

    When is a good time to take them? Before workout, after, split?

    Any help would be appreciated as always.

    Dbol ahs a short half life, roughly 4 hours, so your best bet is to split them through the day to keep the blood levels as even as possible, a dose every hours or so.

    Yup , take them every 4 hours , i take myn as follow :

    12h 2 pills
    16h 2 pills
    20h 2 pills ( during workout )
    24h last one + nolva

    fudgedelic is correct, split your dbol intake evenly throughout the day, to avoid ur blood levels rising and dropping all day. Makes your body work harder at regulating than it actually needs to, which leaves it with more time for protein synthesis, and we all love that

    yup. half life of d-bol is 4-6 hours. I found that if I knocked down two in the morning I would get a little dizzy, so my daily dose would actually ramp up. I would have to take 6 pills and start with 1 and wait for a few hours and drop two. then finish off the day 1 before I would go to bed.

    I also split them up evenly throughout the day, usually taking one more before working out this helps me push through even harder. Though some people even take all theirs right before workout just for the strength benefits.
