Thread: diet/cycle advice

I have been on a diet for about a year,lost 100 lbs.did this by limiting carbs and lots of cardio. I weigh 223 right now and have been on my first cycle for 1 month and put on 23 lbs. My cycle has been 100 mg test prop ed and 75 mg fina ed (sometimes twice a day for each of these). Sexually i feel like i am 18 again (am 35 y.o) MY WIFE LOVES IT! and just got my personal best Bp at 315lbs. ON 12 /8 /03 I WAS BENCHING 150 lbs so I am happy with the strength improvemnt but i dont feel like i am losing fat right now. If I cut my carbs back out will i still grow and get stronger. I want to be big I just dont want to be big and fat. Do i have to go for one or the other, lose all the weight first and then cycle or can it be done at the same time .I hope, as i am all ready in a cycle i can do booth at the same time . Your help is needed. Thanks CJ

I would have to say cardio is the way to go. What is your current bf%.

You have to pick one or the other bulk or cut...... The fina should help you shed some bf but it can't do it alone you need to have your diet in check and be doing cardio on a empty stomach first thing when you wake up.
