    Cardio cycle

    Hi, im looking for a bit of advice on doing a cycle to help with my running and cardio. I was thinking about a buldanon (eq) and winstrol cycle or buldanon and halo? Iv done winstrol, anaver and dbol in the past, but need help with getting my run time and endurance better. Would appreciate any advice on best cycle and how much to run it on. Thanks

    I think he means running times for particular races and wishes to run faster.

    I was asking if there was a specific timed event he was doing.

    yeah i have something coming up in few months. just wanted to know if anyone had done similar stacks and bit of advice on how much clomid etc i would need. im was thinking 50 mg winstrol ed, 500 mg equipoise per week, and 10mg halo ed?

    i wouldnt be using winstrol for endurance and def not halo. eq is sposed to help raise rbc which is beneficial for endurance.

    99% of aas are for for strength/power events. i'd be looking more at epo and poss hgh

    what age are you?

    the reason i thought halo is because it raises rbc aswell? iv thought about epo, seems abit dangerous to me. im 24

    although i havnt used halo myself, ive been around powerlifting long enuf to know its number one for strength comps so im gathering it would be pretty useless for an aerobic based event. i think bjj used epo, he'd be best to advise you on that

    I am running EQ right now and cant believe how my endurance is up when doing cardio. I have never been a distance runner but I can get through 45min of cardio now with no problem. I would have to do some more research before recommending something else but can vouch for EQ

    think about doing a B-12 shot. . . .

    can't speak for steroids , but I know my 5mile time improved on B-12 shots. . .

    thinking of starting the B 12 shots.. you find them good for fat burner?
