New to the gear
I recently went through my first 100 pills of d boll russian.
Im getting in friday ttokkyo 10ml 200 or 250 "cant remember" of test enanthate . I also ordered another 100 of the pink d bols.
I have been doing low carb high protein and im now changing to high carb high calories and high protein.
1 what do you suggest on the cycle take how much of what etc..
2 examples of foods to eat,and the minimum calorie intake i should take in.

First off with 10mls of test, I personally don't think thats quite enough. Also I don't like ttokkyo. I think they are underdosed and kinda shady. If I recall correctly I think they went out of business too, so that means you have to watch out for counterfits. Go with Syd Group or QV. As for calories and diet, not trying to sound like a d**k, but do some research and you'll answer your own questions about that.

you really need to have everything lined up before starting, this includes your recovery meds.
