A good safe solid cycle
what would be a good safe "low sides" cycle, where really good quality muscle could be reached along with strength.

This question has been asked a million times before and it all depends on a bunch of different factors, some that are under your control and some that are not. Read everything in the educational forum and do a search on newbie. This will help you have a better understanding of what you are about to get yourself into.

Slow down, hang out on the board and before to long you will have everything in front of you. But list your stats, age, height, training history, etc.....

buylongterm my stats are age 21 height 5'8 weight about 185 trained since 7th grade, im currently a collge football player
