I just wanna back this bro up by saying I believe he is telling the truth

I had one bad experience with the bro behind Proline and it was a bad

customer service experience, but the man
made it right in the end after we both had words...

You all know I speak my mind and so does the bro behind Proline,
so it was quite a few ugly emails, but like I said he did make it right
and then some, so in the end he handled everything better then I
could ask for...

So why is a guy with such great service making a post like that?
It's been over 3 months since we last ordered from him, I hope that he has improved, I don't see how he could get any worse then what we expierenced with him. Again the products are great, but we were treated so badly on more than one occasion that I will never order from him again, he's not the only game in town.

I think that bad experience has to be an isolated incident, I havent heard a bad thing about PL yet, I hear his stuff is some of the best out there in term of UG products
