I Started To Work Out About Two Years Ago And Now A Good Friend Has Introduced Me To Steroids He Has Done Plenty Of Cycles And Now I Wanna Start And He Recommended Me Deca -300 And Sustannon-250 For 12 Weeks. What Do You Guys Think?

Alot of guys will say to stay away from deca for a while and the sust needs to bei njected eod which is too muc test for a first cycle, try a single estered test, like test cypinate or enanthate you only need to inject once/twice a week depending on dosages. Also ensure that you have anti-es and PCT in place before you start.

he put me on test a while ago and yes i did take estro blocker but now want more gains he says 1cc of deca and 1cc of sus once a week with some blockers for 12 weeks what u guys think?

imo, 250mg sust a week is useless.

yeah...save yourself alot of money and get 2 bottles of test E or cyp and shoot 200 or 250mg(depending on strength or brand) twice a week

week 1-10 400-500mg test e
week 12-16 pct
