how many cycles under the belt?
if this is second or third i would say up the dbol to atleast 40 mg. personally i would run the test until week 12. some people get shut down hard with decca and this could help. if this is your first cycle...drop everything but the test.

Even though you'll be 20 in a few months,I think you should gain naturally a few more years.145#'s is pretty light bro,get your diet and training in check first.

Hey if you guys really think that just 500mg of test will work just as good then thats fine with me. Id love to save the others for number 2. But the reason i picked deca was because i have two bad disks in my lower back. Thought this might help with it?
