shoulder injury
Hi,
I just had arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder and I should start rehab in a couple of weeks I play baseball and this is my dominant throwing arm. Would a test/deca cycle help me recover? Is this a good idea.? I have read deca is great for the joints but I dont want something to cover the pain I want to be healed...should I buy glucosamine? Thanks in advance.Last edited by MafiaMan; 02-17-2004 at 11:40 PM.

Howdy,
I'm have AC joint surgery on my rt. shoulder thursday. I plan on a 10 week test/deca cycle to regain the muscle mass that I have lost, and will lose during my down time. That's why I went to Mexico over the weekend.

I had a SLAP tear on my R. shoulder...with bankart surgery....I ran AAS while recovering to help combat muscle loss..if you have the dough and the time..why not!

Hey bro, when did you have the surg?I tore my labrum, biceps tendon and partial rotator cuff tear.I had surg. the last week of sep. I am just now getting enough strength with minimal pain to hook up a cycle next month. Be very careful that your muscles don't become stronger than the repair work. Jumping back onto a cycle too early isn't worth f-ing up your shoulder worse and have to be out longer!

Hey bros.....I have artritus in my left AC joint....but the Doc. prescribed me anti-I called meloxicam. That worked miricles.
However, he also said that I have an impingemnet in the same shoulder...and it really limits my range of motion. Does anyone have any experiences with this type of injury? if so how did you recover.

Well, I've been on GH for 9 months with a bad shoulder. I can tell you that the GH adds to the pain. I have tested this theory the last couple of weeks. If I go off GH for a few days, my shoulder pain almost goes away. Then when I go back on, the pain returns. I'm only doing 2iu's ED!
