I always blew up like I had been stung by a bee when using d-bol. A d-bol only cycle would have been disaster, as I tended to overindulge. Over time, I migrated to other gear as I wanted increased strength, but not size. I still have an old driver's license with the puffed face..............

Last cycle I did I kept about 90% of my results. I don't personally think running dbol alone would be the best option for me. I don't know if I'd even stand a chance of keeping 50% results.......but Johan your friend is lucky. I wish I could gain that much and keep it on dbol alone.

My first cycle was low doses of dbol for 3 weeks. I gained 20 lbs, my bench went up 50. I kept almost all of the weight and all the strenghth. I lifted for 3 or 4 years before this and was very lean so I didn't get bloated at all.

Where do people come up with this DBOL ONLY CYCLE SUCKS crap. Is this from the same pile of info that says more than 30mgs of DBOL a day is dangerous??
Im sorry but if you are benching 200lbs off dbol, then you start benching 240lbs while on DBOL, wouldnt you have to accept the fact that your muscles are subjected to heavier workouts, thus increasing their volume REGARDLESS of how much water retention they have. Sure you gain water and lose it after, but f u c k, you are lifting heavier than you normally would. Same thing goes for creatine and I dont see people knocking creatine.
So this being a sticky, sure. But a sticky where is the question.

You'll lose a lot of water when you come off, but any muscle you gained will be there at the end.
