TF Equipoise & Test Enth Cycle details?

Hi,

This is my 5th cycle but 3 of my previous cycles have been "short cycles". This is my second 10\12 weeker.

I am 25yo, 12.5 stone, 5,7" and 11% bf. My natural weight was 9 stone.

My goals are for strength and muscle increases. I don't want big bulk or water, i prefer quality muscle.

I thinking of running TF Equipoise & Test Enth but I am unsure of what doses i should run. I was thinking of this:

500mg TF EQ /week
500mg Test Enth /week

I have never ran EQ before and i have heard some people day 400mgs a week is enough and some say 600mgs, so i have gone inbetween. What does everyone recommend?

Also how much nolva will i need to run to stop bloating, i don't suffer from gyno at that test dose?

Should i run this cycle for 8, 10 or 12 weeks?

Any other help would be great.

PS: I got the TF EQ in a screw top bottle, is it ok to draw it up from the bottle or do i need to somehow put it in a vial? Thanks.

not bad research... I would run it like this:

wk 1-13 test e 500mg
wk 1-12 EQ 400mg

nolva 10mg ed and if you are worried about bloat add liquidex at .5mg ED
start pct 2 weeks after last test shot

Yep that's the way to go.
If you have access to empty sterile vials it wouldn't be a bad idea to transfer em.
TF has good stuff IMO His winny & prop rocks, and it's dirt cheap. You should get the results your looking for w/ that cycle.

Cool thanks. So 400mg is enough? Thats cool, i thought i would need more as i used to run 500mg\600mg of deca .

Whats the best way to ovenbake my gear? I want to be 110% sure its sterlie? Can you overbake it therefore run the gear??
