    Question Calories after cutting cycle?

    I just finished an eight week cutter and want to know what to do with my calorie intake. I kept to 1800cals/day the whole way through, and it worked amazing. How do I keep my muscle, but not gain any fat. I'm starting clomid on Sunday. Also, I was doing cardio 45min/day 4-5 days a week. What do I do with my cals and cardio?

    i would actually up the calories a little bit during PCT. Im assuming that you are going to want to at least go back into maintnence phase or bulk. If you do that you are going to have to up the calories eventually and it is better to up them slowly. So up the calories maybe 200 this week and just go from there. You dont want to lose your gains
