    4th week of cycle ?

    Hey guys...im in the 4th week of my test/deca cycle

    its my first cycle and was wondering what is the norm in terms of strength and weight increase around this time of my cycle..

    currently im taking

    500mg - test e /week
    300mg - qv deca300/wk

    ive gained maybe 4 or 5 ilbs so far, but nothing like i was expecting in terms of the weight and also strength increase

    it all depends on the person..Sustanon took about 5 weeks to kick in for me along with the deca ...but once it did I gained good size and strength..just be patient and you will see very soon...

    thanks buddy, yeah, im definitely being patient, but i was just curious...im just waiting for this strength increase that everyone talks about..

    Hope your gear is legit. I did a test/deca cycle (same doses) and most of my size and strength gains occured in the first four weeks. But everyone is different. I know that helps you none.

    im pretty sure its legit, im seeing something at least, but nothing noteworthy...i guess we'll see soon enough

    Your are right in the timeframe it take sfor the compounds to kick in full bore. 4-6 weeks in is when I notice strength and recovery increases. Just keep your workout program going and your diet up and let everything happen.

    exactly you should be happy you put on 4-5 pounds already because that weight is probably not from the compounds just higher cal intake and more intensity in the gym. You will just now or within the next week start seeing the gains from the deca and test.

    yeah, i def have been eating like a monster the past few weeks and also my workouts have been so much better than before...
