D-bol Do's And Dont's
Just wondering how to get the best out of the oral pink d-bol tabs from thailand. 5mg each. (Clycled with 500mg of test enanthate per week)
I am looking for feedback on when to take it throughout the day and how much.
My plan:
2 tabs every three hours up to 12 tabs per day = 60mg per day
4 tabs before workouts = 20mg 2 every hour before and after workout = 12
Is this play too little or too much, to frequent or not to frequent doses?
Please submit comments.
Also should one take on an empty stomach or with food?
Please reply, experienced trainers only thank-you.

if you are taking 12 throughout the day then your blood levels should stay pretty stable....I take it with food....and I don't think it matters if it is before a workout..

I'm not sure if 60 mg/day is really necessary. I took 30 mg per day and I took one pill at a time. I took mine at 7, 10, 1, 4, 7, 10 o'clock. After four weeks of my dbol
test e cycle I gained almost 20 lbs. Just my experience!!!! Good luck

bro 30 mg/d will be plenty. take 5mg every three hours and you will be happy.

dude 30 is probably plenty, actually i think 30 is ideal b/c its not suggested to take over 40. eat, sleep, train and juice your ass off and you will like the results. j/k bout the juice your ass off, dont kill your self dude.

I just started my first cycle. I am on day 10 now taking 30mg and my strength is way up all ready. 30mg is plenty, you will be suprised by the results, I know I am.

I would listen to the experienced guys on here but to me 60 mgs. would be rough on the liver. Also If you can get close to the same results with 30mgs. this would save your receptors for higher mgs. later on. I think everyone recommends 20-40mgs. good luck bro !!

ive been taking 2 in the morning, one about noon and 2 before bed and in a week my strength has shot through the roof!!

Ok thaks folks, i appreciate the input. I will reduce to maybe 50mgs a day, its only been 3 days so i dont even think its taken effect yet, i just know that combined with enanthate should yield great results.

bro do your liver a favor stick with 30 mgs and see what kind of results you get. I bet you'll be pleased with the results.
