you need to train a year at the least...get your diet and training in check before you start anything...your body wont be ready for the rapid strength gains thus a higher risk of injury..
also, drop the deca for the first cycle

DO NOT JUMP INTO IT. You are not ready. Lift for a year or so, and get your diet in order. If not, you will waste your time, $$, and energy.

Take it from me PERSONALLY BRO, get your diet and training in order before you start.
You WILL regret it if you dont. Like the guys said, you definetely want to lift about a year and then get your gear afterwards. Just make sure you dont start relying on the juice instead of keeping your diet and training the way it should be.
