    stopped gaining....help please

    This is the beginning of my 6th week test-e 250mg twice a week.
    the first 3 weeks I gained a quick 10 pounds now a total of fifteen. I have not gotten bigger or stronger in 2 weeks. help me

    EAT more, thats the main reason why people dont gain is b/c they dont eat enough. You will gain strength if you eat more as well.

    eat as if you were 15 pounds heavier.... that way you will eventually be 15 pounds heavier (if that makes any sense)

    maby a change of workout would help.. change exercise and days ect.. plus eat more like thy said !

    Also make sure your getting enough rest. At least 8 hours of quality sleep a night.

    you are pretty lucky with the gains made thus far. Most people say it take 3-4 wks to start seeing gains for enth. Great gains for 500mgs a wk. Give it time the gains will come, train hard, eat harder....

    I seem to have a low in my cycles were the gains seem to stop. It usually only last a week or so but that is on longer cycles. 14 to 20. I think you will grow some more but you need to eat a lot.

    Thanks for the comments and encouragement guys......... I guess I will just try to eat alot more than I already am.

    up your cals. Try some Nlarge2.take it 3 times a day for and extra 1,800 cals
