help with acne treatment(antibiotics)

my last cycle i got acne pretty bad at the end of the cycle, so this cycle of
1-10 testprop 75mg ed
1-8 fina 75mg ed
5-10 winny 50mg ed
and clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
1-10 proviron 25mg ed
i was thinking of taking acne treatment. Which one of this is most effective and safe will on a cycle.
clindamycin, erythromycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, trimethoprim, azithromycin, minocycline?

aren't a couple of those topical meds? well, i have acne without the aas, and when i;m on a cycle i use topicals and an oral as well. minocyline is ok but accutane works great except for the mood swings. but different people respond differently to various meds, so whatever works for you.

I am currently on mino" " I have been on i for 2 years and see small results. it wouldnt be bad idea to run it while on cycle but just make sure you start taking it 6 weeks prior to starting your cycle. accutane is the absolute best, but the health risks scare me, you may have alittle trouble getting a doctor to prescribe it.

true, a lot of docs are reluctant to prescribe it. my moms a doc so that helps a lot. but the risks can be big. plus, you have to get tests to check your liver values every now and then while on it

I don't know if cost is an issue but tetracycline seems to work great for me after about two weeks, mabey due to the absorpsion but I have also gone on monocycline and didn't find any better results and it was over double the cost, then again I'm canadian so mabey I was just getting ripped off!!

doxycycline is pretty powerful stuff and cleared me up real fast. still, nothing is as powerful as accutane. like CASHUS7 said, a lot of doctors are hard pressed to prescribe it. u will need to have blood tests every month while ur on it to check for liver values. plus it is rough on ur joints, and u can get depression and other mood disorders.

my acne was cystic and horrible at times. went on that and it went away.i'm actually going back to my doctor to get some more just incase it comes back this summer w/ my cycle, humidity , and stress that will all come into play then

Bactrum ? Is that an oral or a topical ? And it sounds as if its RX only ? My docs a bit of a dick when it comes to writin scripts he always leans towards the natural.

any primary care phys can give you a script for it if you go in and have obvious acne problems.if he dicks you around just tell him to send you to a specialist then since he is obviously no hlep to you.just call him out if he's a dick.**** it's bactrum not heroin!hah

It's not really acne like you get as a teen, it's really just follicullitis, a hair pore infection, and doxycycline works great for it.
