    Help

    Im 22 years old, 6'2, 299lbs. I was thinking of using deca and sus as a stack for my first time. I was once 374 lbs and I lost all that weight on a low carb diet. I just want a good physique without being flabby. Is that a good way to start...let me know

    that stack is designed as a bulking stack.

    at 299 you should do a cutter and get down to a lower bf% before you do a bulker youl be much hapyer with your results if you do..

    Wk 1-12 Test E @500 mgs wkly(split into 2 shots,say Mon& Thurs)
    Nolv@10 mgs ed and 20 mgs ed at pct.L-dex @.25 mgs ed throughout entire cycle.

    Clomid 2 weeks after last test shot day 1 300mgs,day 2-11 100mgs ed,day 12-21 50 mgs ed

    22 seems still a bit young... i'd wait for the bulk until after 25...
    But the other guys are right, you should do a cut, not bulk... I was heavy set when I was younger, you'd be surprised to see the cut result simply from a good diet and workout hard...

    If you do Test and Deca , plan to gain some fat....it is a bulker......get yourself on the Cardio and maybe some Clen ....but not Test and Deca......maybe just Test and hit the cardio really hard.

    another question... I don't see any anti-e's in your stack... Do you have Nolva, Ldex on hand for your cycle? Judging from your weight and height, I assume you may be prone to gyno naturally... You really need to prevent gyno if you are on a cycle...
