Not seeing the results I expected...HELP!

I am taking a cycle of Dbols, Deca 200 and Ethenate. 25mg a day of Dbol for first 20 days. Shot of 1cc of Ethenate and .75 of Deca every monday and thursday. I am about to start my 4th shot, day 11 and I havn't really seen any size increase and hardly any strenght increase. My diet is about 4-5000 cal. a day and I am getting 8hrs of sleep a night. I train 3 days on, one day off (chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs, rest). Any suggestions??? Thanks.

At 11 days you're still doing OK, you should see results soon.

The only thing that has me piqued is that you dont feel any pumps from the dbol , as most people will feel something at about two weeks.

Give it another week or two, then you should start wondering about the gear.

Up the D-Bol to 35-40 mgs ed. You'll feel it then.

Is this your first cycle?, if so, save the deca for your next cycle and just finish out the Test and D-Bol. jmho
