    Liquidex

    Hey guys,
Just wanted to tell you guys something that happened to me the other day and see if anyone could give me a reason. I was drawing up some liquidex in a syringe and the bottle spilled over onto my hardwood floor in the bedroom. I quickly started cleaning it up but now there is a huge white discoloration on the floor which Im hoping can be corrected. I know theres alcohol in the stuff but I dont think thats what caused the discoloration. Pain in the ass I shouldve used the pills.

    Thanks for any replies

The spot on the floor may have to be refinished. Strong alcohol is often used in ldex, and it stripped the spot on your floor. Try using some furniture oil to see if you can get some moisture back in the wood.

Ok I ll try the oil and see what happens. This bottle has a dropper and I usually take it off and draw it out with a pin.

The worst thing I ever spilled on wood was powder solvent on our dining room table. As soon as I began to wipe it up, the finish was bubbling......oops
