Clen Q
I just finished doing a search on clen and I read all of the profile on the main page and all the posts I read on clen really didnt answer my question.
How effective is clen when combined with proper diet and training. No one really says what their results were when on clen. Is an ECA just as effective as Clen or is Clen the real champ here.
Why is it considered a vet AS.

its a thermogenic fat burner. it speeds up metabolism more than eca. but as far as specific results, everyone differs. it depends on diet, exercise and genetics bro.

I really know what everyone is saying about diet. I am 100 percent behind diet first and I know everyone reacts differently to clen but what i am really asking for is the guys or gals that have used clen. How were their results. Did they show a noticable decrease in bf along with their proper diets and cardio?

it works better stacked with an eca 2wk on 2 wks off with eca on off wks
see what your body can handle (probably 6 max) for 2 wks.
then eca for 2 wks,6 clen for 2 wks ,eca 2 wks etc..

I have noticed a significant difference between dieting alone, and dieting whith clen use.plus it helps prevent some muscle loss during the dieting phaze which is an added bonus.But like 4 plates said, it is best to cycle 2 weeks on with clen then 2weeks with ECA and so on...
