Quick dosage queston
Say I were to do a cycle. 750mg Test each week, and Deca . Would I benefit much by taking 600mg each week of Deca, or 400mg each week of the Deca? What do you guys think.

I would keep the deca at 400mg/wk. It will last longer and you'll save money. Thats just my opinion. I dont think you'll see that much greater gains from 200 more mg a week of deca.

Guessing your a average size guy, I would also stick with 400mg/week of deca . How many cycles have you done ?

Everyone reacts differently, but for me 600mg yields better gains both in terms of strength and size. I have tried both dosages over the years and probably 6 cycles have included Deca . The first few I kept the dosage to 400mg and got great results.
How many cycles have you done? How many with Deca??

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm 6' 230 pounds and body fat is at about 12-13%, I'd say 13. I have done one cycle so far, last august I did a deca /sust/dbol cycle. Oh yeah dbol was going to be ran at 50mg ed for 4 weeks on this cycle. Was also thinking of throwing in some Winny to harden me up at the end, but I'm still in planning.

Oh yeah, and the first cycle when I did deca , I did it at 200mg a week, sust was 250mg a week. Saw decent gains, +25 pounds at the end, kept 15, gained the rest back and I sit at 230 now. Strength went up pretty good in that one I was pretty shocked, bench went up about 50 pounds for example. I think I reacted pretty well to it.

It sounds like this is your second Deca cycle, in that case I would agree with some of the others above and stick with 400mg..
