    Good workouts???

    Aight right now i am kind of doing a Body Building workout with one body part a day, such as'

    Chest
    Bi's and Tri's
    Legs
    SHoulders
    Back

    I play football and this workout got me big, but really i was waiting to long between days to do the workout again. I mean i would do legs then have to wait a week to do them again'

    My question is any of yall got any good college workouts that you do?

    Please Post them for me

    I don't think you should be doing a bodybuilding workout if you are a football player. Most colleges have their players do an entire upper body workout twice per week and the same with lower body. For instance the workout my coach sent me to do is set up like this...Monday-upper body
    Tuesday-lower body
    Wendsday-off
    Thursday-upper body
    Friday-lower body
    Saturday-off
    Sunday-off
    We also do agilites Monday thru Saturday.

    I do this mon, tues, thurs, fri. in the summer getting ready for the season and do agilities on "off" days, but right after the season when i go for pure strength i go one day on one day off.

    Day 1
    Speed Bench 8x3
    skull crushers 5x5
    shoulder Press 4x15
    curls 3x8
    DB rows 4X15

    Day 2
    Box Squat, 3x3
    Hypers 4x20
    calfs 4x20
    Staight Legged Deadlift 3x10
    abs

    Day 3
    HEavy Bench 3x3
    close grip 5x5
    shoulder press 3x8
    lat pull downs 4x8-10
    hammer curls 3x8

    Day 4
    speed squat 10x2
    Hypers 4x10
    Good Morning 3x10
    calfs 4x10
    Power Cleans 3X5
    abs


    this has been GREAT for speed/strength/explosion
