    IGF how to

    Sorry to bring this up if it already has been. Has anybody posted a "how to" on using IGF-1. Everything from mixing to injection sites etc.

    Yeah..it's called, THIS FORUM. You read every post in this forum and make your own "how to" based upon your conclusions and comfort levels. It's all a fine science and there are no EXACT ways to do this stuff.
