I have done a lot of research with regards to using insulin as an anabolic agent. I am wondering if someone out there who is very experienced could help me set up my diet and routine as I am worried about insulin shock.
When do I shoot the insulin and how much exactly do I eat after and after what periods of time? With AM Cardio, perfect diet and timing and no drinking what kind of gains do I look to obtain? My stats are 20yrs old 160lbs 16% BF lifting for 3 years but not properly until I came onto this forum really.
My other question is with regards to negative feedback with insulin, will I gain the lost fat and muscle back after a month or so of training like this?
