    b12 and gh question

    if i were to mix b12 with my jintropin shots to make sure all of the gh is being used how much b12 would i need in the needle? and also can b12 be shot intramuscular and sub q? thanks guys

    most would say 500 mcg of b12 ....

    i always shoot the GH subQ
