    Insulin+slin mimikers

    Hi guys, should I take Vanadyl Sulfate, Lipoic Acid or Chromium with my meals when I take my Insulin shots, will my Insuline get more sensitive?

    Some people do, some don't. So its up to you but you defenitly don't have to take it. I never do.
