    Q about GH

    Hi, I´ve seen people use GH for very long time without any side efects, Is it true that your face might deform or something, has that happend to any of you?

    only at very high doses for long periods of time,like 14ius for a year straight.the most I have ev er done was 8iu and my wrists were hurting beyond anything you can imagine so i went down to 6iu and it was ok.

    The facial and other bone disfigurements seen with GH usally only happen to geneticly pre-disposed PPL..There are millions of bodybuilders world-wide that run GH all year long including myself and have no sides....

    yeah at the recommended dosages that you should be taking, their shouldnt be any worry, just joint pains i noticed but thats normal
