What does carpal tunnel feel like

I realize that sounds stupid but I recently upped my dosage of GH and have developed an ache in my right wrist. Not so much of a pain just a dull ache through the whole wrist. I live in Florida and play a lot of beach volleyball. I'm not sure if the wrist pain is from the GH or if I injured myself playing volleyball.

wrist pain happens to almost everyone who does GH. I have the same pain right now caused by GH. You can either tough it out and it will go away or lower your dosage and slowly increase your dosage back up every other week

Keep your hands in one position to long (a few minutes) and they get numb

Thanks JohnnyB, that is what is happening. I needed to know if it was that or an injury. I will just deal with it.

you can try using some b6 for it,worked for me.
