My first IGF-1 LR3 cycle.....need info.
I'm planning on doing my first 30 days cycle of IGF-LR3 only in about 4 weeks.
I'm thinking of doing a IGF-1 LR3 only cycle, cause rightnow I'm in my last week of a tren E/test E/Deca /turinabol cycle. After that my pct will follow....
So I dont think its really wise to shoot some AAS along with the IGF.
My question is as followed;
What would be the proper dose of IGF-1 LR3 per day for me?
Lenght: 5,8 ft
BW: 207 lbs
BF: Unknown, I would guess 15-16%
My goal is to gain some lean mass. If I was to burn some fat along the way, that'll be great, but not my no 1 priority.
I'd wish I'd had enough cash to do some hgh with it, but this cycle already costs me a pretty penny.

Oww yeah in addition to my first question;
What can I expect from running an IGF-1 LR3 only cycle?
I've read it forces the body to burn fat and at the same time build up some lean muscle tissue.
I dont know whats true , cause there seem to be a lot of contradictions when it comes to such substances.
I plan on staying on my current diet;
200 grams of proteins/day
400-500 grams of carbs/day.
This along with omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, multivitamins and some mct oil.
I'm working out 4-5 times /week.
My PW shake consists of 60grams of dextrose + 35 grams of wheypowder.

You should really continue the test e thru half your lr3 cycle. It sounds like you want to lose some bf more than anything. I would stay with test e for the first 2 weeks and add in 40-60mcgs of t3. I'm kind of doing the same thing with lr3 overlapping into the first 2 weeks of PCT.

Hmmmm....in that case I might wanna run the test e for a few more weeks, maybe at 750mgs/week.

You don't need to, LR3 alone is fine I've run it llike that and I recommend it be run alone for the first time, you need to up that protein, to 350-400

Yeah that was also my point of view. Just to see how I would react on IGF only. What I can do is let the IGF-1 LR3 overlap my pct.
But from what I hear the new receptors should react very good on testo, so therefore I might wanna keep shooting up the testo till next week.
I've planned on starting the LR3 this saturday at 80mcg/day, so right at the end of the LR3 cycle I'm good to go on my pct.
Thanks for the advice to up my protein intake.

if its your first run with igf then i would start of at 50mcg,you can always up it in future cycles.80mcg is a high dose esp to start with.

Im thinkin about using LR3 IGF-1 but not sure about the roid gut thing, no one seems to know for sure if it gives it to you.

But I was already thinking of starting out at 60mcg/day and see how that works out. I can up it anytime if necessary.
Thanks for the advice, if 60 mcgs turns out to be enough, I can run it for exactly 33 days, otherwise I'd be done at 25 days.
