Question for Gear or anyone IGF1

What would be best using only 1mg of AR's igf1 lr3...

40mcg per day for 25 days PWO (as this is as long as it lasts.)

50mcg per day at 5 days a week PWO (only on training days)

Also, I understand its 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Should the next cycle should be bumped up to 50mcg's or possibly 60mcg's? This would obviously be using 2mgs of IGF from AR-R . I understand that it has a relatively short half life which is why you would want to inject ED but i'd like to know so i can reap all the benefits out of it. There was another question but i cant think of it......

Both of those ways of running IGF will deliver similar gains.

As for bumping the dose, if you are happy with the amount you are currently taking then there is no need to change the dose. Only change the dose if the your current dose isn't delivering any benefits.

Thanks bud, i now have a plan of attack and switch my workout routine with off days on wednesday and sunday wich i feel gives me a better break and im more recovered then taking off 2 consecutive days.....ill run the 50mcg then PWO only on training days.
