For anyone thats done the 5/2 HGH Protocol

I always just assumed (maybe wrongfully) that when someone says they are on a 5/2 protocol that they were taking the 2 days off in a row every week. Wouldnt it make more sense to not take two days off in a row, and split those 2 days up a little bit and put a couple on days in between them so that your levels dont drop too much? Let me know what you think?

Makes sense....better to 3on1off3on1off....altho that would lead to 32 day months....

Why would you need to take a day off? Why not do HGH every day for like 6 months or something, then take 6 months off?

I do not think 6 months is really long enough for HGH, Yes ED would be the best but for my $$ I like 5/2 so I can go almost a year on HGH

I like 5/2 because HGH benefits a cumulative but slow. It takes a long time to build up the effects of HGH. The effect doesn't stick around for long. Building the HGH effect for 5 days and being off for 2, you'll probably have more HGH "stuff" left over in your body when you start the 5 day cycle again.
