    mild med for back/neck pain

    What's something mild I could take daily for back/neck pain?? Something effective but even more mild than lets say asprin?

    motrin ,helps with the pain and inflamation,, and alleve you can take with Gear

    yep motrin aka ibueprofen is ok as well

    but you need to take a min. of 800mg of ibuprofen to it to have anti-inflammatory effects (so 4 pills at a time)...

    a doc can usually provide a single 800mg tab for you...
