How do you know when you're fully recovered?

Just how is "recovery" defined post cycle? When your test levels are back to normal? When your sex drive is normal?

If someone is having trouble recovering from a cycle, are the problems always soon after PCT or can they show up later?

    Just wondering what people think...

i think the only sure way to find out if you are fully recovered is with blood work.

So when your test levels are back to normal, that's when you're "fully recovered"?

I agree, blood work is the only true way to know if you're fully recovered.

if you wake up in the morning and you have a woody.... thats a good sign, but it doesnt mean your "fully recovered". it means your free test levels are doing good.

Okay, so if it's test level recuperation that defines "post cycle recovery", when does that show up -is it immediately after PCT is over or does it manifest later than that? A few weeks later, months later?

Bro studies have shown that it can take up to a year to get your hormone levels back to normal doesnt really matter what kind of PCT you do...thats why ppl that are not educated in this hobby have no business messing with Steroids ...

The rule of thumb around these parts is time on =time off, at least as a minimum.

For people who have their test levels checked regularly, how long does it take for them to get back to normal?
