pct for my frist cycle

I've read alot from this site and i'm currently on my first cycle. I'm manily worried about my pct being currect on my cycle
any and all suggest are appricated thanks

1-4 d-bol 30 mg d
1-12 test e 500mg w
1-8 deca 300mg w
5-12 nolavdex 20 mg d
5-12 proviron 50 mg d
13 & 14 hcg 5000 mg w (can i do 2 shots of 2500 iu w)
14 & 15 clomid 50mg d

I'm on my 3rd week currently

That's all kind of fuked up. Why nolva and proviron starting week 5? Its also too big a first cycle, but too late now. PCT should be 3 weeks after last injection 20mgs nolva for month and clomid at 300mg day one, 200 mg day two and 100mgs for the rest of the month. Do HCG before you start the nolva/clomid. Break it up more though like into daily injections. This is a poorly planned cycle kid.

lil swoll the link you gave nothing comes up.. from what i read i thought that nolvadex is started before you cycle is up. Can anyone else commet on this.

Why not start nolva and proviron week 1? Why deca only 8 weeks? I dont even think you need deca at that. Clomid too short in duration. Too much HCG .

Nolva can be ran through the cycle. However I agree that cycle is too much for a first cycle.
