try nolva n clomid to help ed
I was on test c for three years with out much of a break. I never used hcg ,aI's, or did a pct. Ive had pretty much sever ed problems since coming off. while even using ed pills won't help with getting an erection. It's almost impossible to get an erection period. It's been about almost two years since I've been on anything. Anyhow what are any thoughts on try to do some type of pct. All labs have all came back normal n in General I'm really healthy.

Go and run labs to see what's going on with your hormones. After 2 years I would think you would gave recovered but labs will be the only way to determine what is going on. Get a full hormone panel run

How old are you and how long has it been with ED problems? Not all ED is curable but is treatable.

I will certainly do that. Thanks I do know just previously going to my endo he said my estradiol was a lil higher than he'd like to see it. It was at 35 high being 39. He prescribed me letrozole an has me taking 2.5 mg once a week. Supposed to up to a couple times a week as I progress taking it. I have noticed joint n muscle pain but no other good sides.

I'm 37 an have had this problem for a lil over two years now. Also cialis worked for awhile at 5 mg. Until recently n the cialis hasn't really helped at all. I've also have had the penis injections which the first time the doc gave it to me gave me a boner like I was a highschooler again. I have some samples of my own of the injections. I took a shot last week an got a serious boner for about 30 seconds n then it was gone as fast as it came on.

Have you considered also psychological causes besides just physiological? If Trimix didn't work for you that is saying a lot. Could be either or, or even a combination of both. Can you also post the lab results you do have?

Test levels were in the mid 500 range , n my estradiol was 35 I believe 39 was on the high side for my level.

I totally agree with you on the physiological part as well. I often wonder if that is a big part of my problem. As to there are times were can perform on my own but this certainly doesn't happen that often. N can get very confusing when pde5 inhibitors sometimes work n sometimes don't.

My endo put me on letrozole , I've been on for a few weeks. He had start with taking 1 2.5mg for the first week . The second week he had me up to two pills for that week n now on the third week had advised to be taking them every other day until they are finished. I had a script for 30 pills. Do you agree this method can n should help lower the estradiol.

Well I've noticed that since I started taking the letrozole that's when the pde5 inhibitors seemed like they stopped working.

I really kinda questioned the letrozole because I've read how harsh it could be. N. I've also been super nervous about takin it. Just hoping this endo new what he was doing.

You may have crushed your E2 levels which could offset PDE5 inhibitors. Honestly at 35 your serum E2 is not high enough to warrant letro or AI unless you feel better at a lower levels. Adex or aromasin would be a better choice but again I doubt that's the issue here (high E2). I believe it's probably psychological more than anything, you have it in your head your dick doesn't work so nothing will make it work until that changes. Taking letro is compounding the issue IMO. Can you post all your lab results and dates?

Nutrition is pretty good, not on point but I can control my weight. What do u think of the Hdl? Can that contribute to any problems?

Nutrition could certainly use some fine tuning but I have been learning to eat to grow versus trying to just supplement.

I've always tried keep fats kinda low. Almonds are usually my source of fat. Other than that it's really a lot of chicken, rice, lean meats, potatoes. N whey protein, I eat usually six meals a day.

Letro is actually the worst thing you could have possibly taken.
Letro = Libido killer.
