Did a testosterone test 4 weeks ago and again yesterday. I need your advice

    Hello members,
I was on a long cycle (almost 12 weeks). However, I was taking 10 mg of Nolva every day.

after my last injection, I waited for 10 days and then I started SERM Therapy of Pregnyl (5000 iu) every 5 days - in total 3X 5000iu.
After that I started Nolvodex and Clomid as following:
    1) Nolva 40 mg/day + Clomid 150 mg/day for 2 weeks
    2) Nolva 20 mg/day + Clomid 100 mg/day for second 2 weeks
    3) Nolva 10 mg/day + Clomid 50 mg/day for third 2 weeks

I was feeling so low and depressed. so I went to check my testosterone level and the result was (0.6) which is very low - normal range is 2.46 - 8.36 (I think this is the European standard). my FSH and LH were low also but not below the recommended value.

I then started the below therapy:
    1) Nolva 20 mg/day + Clomid 100 mg/day + Proviron 2 tab (for 4 weeks)
    2) During the 4 weeks ago, I used Prygnel 1500iu eod

I did a new test yesterday, It shows my testosterone level is 8.77!!! it is even higher than the normal range.

Is this a good sign? how long shall I continue or shall I stop now? I also need to know when can I start my new cycle.

    many thanks in advance!

    Hi Ramsey,

Your first PCT is basically an old school style. It's more common to run HCG throughout your cycle to maintain testicular function and then serms only in pct. What you did is a version of the Scally Power PCT program. You should also run an AI on cycle, not a serm (nolva) as they do nothing to control the rise of estrogen in your system. Know that you don't always see the effects of high estrogen. Much of the damage is internal. Your clomid level was a bit high as well. No real need to break the 100 threshold. And proviron should not be in your pct.

How long after your first pct did you pull BW?

Then during your second pct you combined serms and HCG which should not be done. Reason is serms are stimulatory to your HPTA and HCG is suppressive to it.

How long after your second pct did you pull BW?

To your question, yes it's a good sign your T level is elevated. Question is will it hold when off of everything? You need to give your system time to find homeostasis and pull BW in about 8 weeks post pct to see how you hold up. You should not start another cycle until levels return to normal. Basic rule of thumb is "time on plus pct equals the time you should be off."
