    ipamorelin and GRF I-29 stack amounts and dosing question

    Hi was thinking of using arr peptides ipamorelin and GRF. to start, a dose 3x daily (morning, post w.o., and before bed) of 250mcg ipa and 100mcg GRF. One of my questions: is this specific stack about all I need to get good synergistic effect. Also, what does a mcg break down to on the side if a syringe? Does 100mcg = 1IU?

    I think thats a good stack. You cant say what 1iu equals because it depends on how you reconstitute the peps (to what strength)

    Started ghrp 6 and grf 1-29 3 days ago, although I ordered ipamorelin now so that will replace one of them when I run out. AM soon as wake up, no eating before hand obviously, then after work, soon as I get home, its been about 2 hrs since I last ate at that point, and then one b4 bed, trying to put at least 1.5 hrs between eating and dose for the PM dose. Does this sound about right for not eating fats/carbs to blunt the release? Also, if anyone has a link to some studies or articles talking about nutrition specifically in regards to these peptides please post them? I have found some refernces, and jotted down notes, but when I want to go back for a more indepth look, its hard to find them again, w/o rereading ALOT of articles hehe...thanks edit to add: my wifes normally open to whatever I want to do do, but when I received 500 insulin pin in the mail I got a hard look or 3 lol...

    I think your fine as far as your eating and blunting gh pulse. From what I have read you need 30 mins before and 30 mins after.
    I would replace the GHRP6 with Ipam as it is a GHRP and run the mod grf 1-29 with ipam. Thats the stack I am going to run & I will be running it for 9 months. The pinning is a bit of a pain and gets to be tedious after a while when you run these long gh peptide cycles.

    THank you for weighing in on this post! I did replace it with IPAM, im running GHRP 6 till it runs out, then going straight IPAM with grf 29... I messed up when I ordered first time, is why that lil mix up happened .. I have pages and pages of handwritten notes from when I was researching this, read the wrong thing...shrug o well .....I am excited though, I think the IPAM is Different thatn the GHRP 6. I felt a little different on the IPam. I short ordered just to make sure I didn't have a weird allergic reaction or anything to my overall setup. I understand that going higher in dose is very much diminishing gains, but I mite go a tad higher, ill maybe do a month to month adjustment on it and see how I feel, how things work out.
    JIMMYINKEDUP: Is there any value to coming off, or maybe better way to state the questions is, if I may ask, what is your determining factor on choosing length of cycles for these? I haven't really come up with anything as far as toxicity, or anything really obvious to MAKE a person desire to do so, however knowing how life goes, all good things must come to an end.... I ask this because I was thinking about a 6 month stretch, see if I could hang with the pinning, still desire to afford it, etc.

    When it comes to these peptides, gh stacks, the longer the better. 6 months is actually the minimum I would run so IMO you are gtg with that plan.

    i wouldn't bother with less than 4mo IMO and rec 6 also.

    I was researching the IGF lr3 ... would that replace anything in my current experiment, or be an addition to it?

    down 10 pounds (I eat very strict anyway, so this is pleaseant surprise), bench going up smooth, same with squat and deadlift. after 20 years of flogging its interesting to note the subtle things, like suddenly 4 weeks later on a conjugate strength cycle to see better results, with easier recovery times. I am not looking for more mass, but a slow, steady increase of strength, I wont turn down a little mass, either if it comes my way.edit to add: bumped all the way up to 350 ipa, and 200igf29, didn't see or feel a difference really, so I backed it up to 100 igf29, and 200 ipa, 3x's day, tickin along just fine with that, whenever I can fit it in, like sat/sunday I try to get 4-5 pins in same dose. feel good, but sometimes if I don't watch my sleep I get very tired.
