Hey i've been on Clen and t-3 for a week now the first day was intense 120bpm resting heart rate and slightly elevated body temp i took 140mcg clen and 60mcg t-3, the second day the effect were not as noticeable now on day 8 i'm at 140mcg clen and 100mcg t-3 and my heart rate is 70bpm and body temp is normal.

Any ideas.... or should i just up the dose

I have read you should take benadryl or ketotifen to keep the receptors open and the clen and T3 don't loose there efficacy. But I thought that was every third week. You should not be shutting down already. Thats strange, maybe you are just getting used to it and it is still effective?

bro that dose was too high to start at. it sounds like you have fried you receptors real fast. You know the product is good .....what else could it be ? Benadryl may help ....

This is actually my 3rd clen t-3 cycle, all other times it's worked great i just don't know why this time it's kinda diminished.

so do you recomend stoping for a week or two and starting up again or just try some benadryl?

try some benadryl ..if it doesn't work stop fpr a while and take the benadryl to help with receptors ...that dose is a crackhead dose....

id say to start at 5mg's/day and see how sides are , maybe go to 10mg/day but no higher , but your yahoo ID says your a dude

that is not my id, as you can see its fro 98 and this is obviously some one elses yahoo name...not mine..nice try though.. i just happened to pick the same name for this forum that some guy used for his yahoo name....
