    Clen and Taurine together. Dosing question...

    I understand that taking taurine with clen will reduce the sides of clen. So if I get the clen/taurine combo that is at AR-R what would be the proper dosing on the clen? I mean, how many "squirts" of the liquid =how many mgs? How much taurine do you take with it? Thanks in advance for any help....Tattoo

    Clen depletes taurine levels. Supplement with 3-5g ED. The taurine will help prevent muscle cramping and help you avoid a rebound effect when you go off the clen. 80-160mcg is a common daily dose. Start out at 20mcg and gradually build your way up. 1 squirt = 20mcg.

    mcg, not mg.

    Don't forget to throw in Benadryl at 100mg ed every 3rd week.

    The whole third week take benedryl ED?

    best way to get your taurine would be to take a bulk powder. google "*************", they're my favorite place for bulk powders
