On Clen: Can I take Benadryl everynight?

I've always had trouble sleeping and often use Benadryl to help me sleep. I know that I am supposed to run 100mg of Benadryl every 3rd week while on Clen , however, I was wondering if it would be detrimental to take 50-100mg every night or every other night while on Clen to help me sleep? I'd appreciate your all's feedback, thanks!

You can take it, but dont think it will cancel out clen 's downregulating effects on beta2

My main concern is that if I take benadryl nightly it will prevent my clen from working to the full effect. Am I wrong in thinking this? Would it be wise to go get a non sodium diphenhydramine sleep aid like Unisom? Thanks a lot guys!

I'm not sure how the Unisome will effect the clen but I know that its works really well to fall asleep, I use it all the time. I'm starting clen this weekend and was planning on taking the Unisome to sleep. I'm curious to find out if that would negate the effects of the clen as well.

Also, there are two types of unisom. The gel caps and the regular hard tabs have different active ingredients. I'm not sure what the two chemicals are but I know they have different because I've checked the labels before because the two effect me different. The gel caps have the same sleep medication as tylanol pm while the tablets have whats in NyQuil.

I kno that unisome contains the same ingredients as benadryl... im not sure which it was (gel or hard capsules)

Haha. That is a really good question. I have thought about that too. I just havent really cared enough to ask. Great question! Sorry i don't have an answer.
