    A-dex, liquid oral form...dilute it?

    I have a bottle of liquid oral A-dex, 1 mg/ml. So if i'm correct...then taking 0.25 mg every day (while on cycle to prevent gyno, water retention, etc) would only be 1/4 ml. That's so tiny! How do I measure such a small amount? Or is the typical technique to dilute it with water...or something else? Also, crazy question, but do I just swallow the stuff?

    go to pharmacy and buy small dropper (about 1$) that is in milliliters. suck up .25 and swallow. easy peasy.
