First cycle, Primo only
Hi guys, new to this forum so ill post my stats up to start with -
Age - 21
Weight - 220lb
Height - 6'1
B/f - 14-16%
Years training - 6
Cycle -
Primo depot - week 1-12 100mgs m/w/f
Proviron 50mg daily for 12 weeks
I decided to add the proviron as primo can sometimes cause erectile problems in some people and the primo only as i have a slight case of gyno so i want to avoid estrogenic effects as much as possible and am under a specialist as they think i may have testicle failure and i have fertility problems anyway.
I had my first shot on monday but am now thinking if i should discontinue the primo and do a test only 500mg twice weekly but am worried as i stated above about the side effects i could have. What do you guys think?
My diet a quite good, it looks a little like this -
Meal 1 - 120g of oats, 1 bannana
Meal 2 - 120 of wheat pasta, 100g of chicken
Meal 3 - 4 pieces of wholemeal bread, 1 tin of tuna or 4 whole eggs
Train - 1 scoop of whey, 5g creatine
Meal 4 - 100g of white rice, 100g of chicken
Meal 5 - Homemade shake - 50g oats, scoop of whey, peanut butter, bannana
Meal 6 - 300g of cottage cheese
Drink 3 - 5 litres of water daily and try to stick to that diet as much as possible but when working i will replace meals with shakes.

Too young, and 300mg/week primo would be useless. I wouldn't advocate a cycle at your age personally.

I understand that im to young but my minds set on running a cycle. I really don't think theres much natural potenial left for me, iv'e been around the same weight and b/f for around 2 years. Iv'e changed my diet, training routine, taken time off and used different types of supplements with little change plus with the problems i am having i can see myself on hrt within the next 3 years. I'f anything im slowly going backwards recently.
So you would say that the primo at 300mg/week with 50mg of proviron would be useless for a first cycle.

From what i read the age required to sign up on the site is 21 which is what i am so therfore i should beable to get help on here. I'm guessing that you have got x amount of years using aas so how would your advive be incorrect, maybe unsafe for me but not as unsafe as it would be if i were to not have any advice from you and just go off and run a cycle? I can see that your advice is not to run one at all but i am oing to and would like help on doing so please.

The required age to join this board is 18, we encourage our younger members to spend their time in the diet, training and supplement forums just to name a few..
If i was to say ok run this and that and then you later go on to develop health issues then the advice i gave was wrong.. So my only advice is to wait until your body has fully developed...

Like i stated in a previous post iv'e spent the last 2 years changing my diet and trying different supplements and my gains have now hit a point where im stuck. I'f i were to develop problems it wouldn't necessarily mean that the advive you gave was wrong. Some advice from a experienced user would be better than no advice at all and it's not like your making me take the aas you would just be helping me out in the safest way possible.

As stated above by 007 you are too young to do this to your body. Sure many people do cycle at a young age......like friends of mine in high school.....now in their 30's are regretting it in a bad way....they suffer from some acne/hormonal imbalance issues..and prostate problems and also ED problems. i would suggest you wait a few years and just train natty. If you do plan to go ahead with it please read more in this forum on PCT. Sounds like you need help there. If you run into trouble post something up. Best of luck.....but please let the message of dont cycle be the content of my post here.

Like iv'e said, my gains aint going anywhere and have not for the last 2 years and that's with taking time off, changing my training routine, trying different diets and adding supplements. I was a early developer and reached my final height by age 14 and have not grown since. Here's my new cycle that i planned out and will be starting it tomorrow -
Week 1 - 10 test enth 250mg 2 times a week
Week 1 - 10 proviron 50mg daily
Iv'e already searched on pct and plan to use the one on this site which is -
Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

Since you are going to do this cycle anyhow, I will say your cycle is fine and is a fine starter cycle.
I too think you need to be older, but if your going to anyway, we might as well help you to make it a safe as possible

Try starting at 12.5 eod, and increase as needed

So your saying not to use 50mg of proviron daily? I want to keep as much water and fat off as possible?

50 mg of proviron is almost worthless.. double it and use it the last half of your cycle.
