i was told to take clen for only 2weeks because it was my 1st time starting at 60 mcg for the first day,and then progressing up to 120mcg day 6-12
and then back down to 80 mcg for the last 2 days.then a knowledgeable bro said "what are you doing,just taking it for the anti-catabolic effects".nope,i
want to burn fat.can i stay on it longer?can i keep climbing with the doseage,the shakes and the sides aren't bad yet.can i atleast go up to 140mcg safely?

run it just like you have there.....on the 2 weeks off you can run eca
sure you can go up, clen has a short half life and your body gets used to it very quickly...ill get in the 250mcg range

u can stay on for longer by taking benadryl, it will clear ur receptors. and ya u can go to 140mcg safely.

thanks bro's.how would i go about taking the benadryl?what doseage and how often,is it just a one time thing then your receptors are good for 2 more weeks or what?

The benadryl is taken every 3rd week for the entire week at 50-100mg/day. I take mine at bed time as it makes me tired.

i am taking taurine with the clen .i need to research alot more about eca.
it stands for ephedra/caffeine/aspirin right?don't know where to get it and
how to use it.i use to use ephedra back in the day when it was in hydoxycut
if i remember right those otc stay-awake pills called "yellow jackets" use to
have ephedra and caffeine in them.man, i didn't like the way those things made me feel it was similar to methamphetamines

Not that they aren't a good combo (ECA + Clen ), but just that if you run clen in the 2on/2off fashion (which you shouldn't), you shouldn't use ECA in the off weeks, because your beta-2 receptors will never recover...

the last 2 days of being on clen per cycle I don't drop it down, when you begin again after the 2 weeks off just start around 40 mcg less then you left off with. Be sure to take potassium and drink plenty of water, along with the taurine.. As I hope you are aware take the clen all at once right after morning cardio. I find that i sthe only way to get to sleep. but then again I was up to 180mcg.

I do have to agree that ECA works better for me then clen does. I think the reason though is because my appetite is gone while on ECA so I dont eat as much. And when I do eat, its much less then usual which isnt necessarily a good thing.
I would suggest looking up Hookers thread on clen when it talks about taking clen longer then 2 weeks, good thread for you to read kl26.

Can you elaborate? I have always thought that 2 weeks on/2 weeks off dosing scheme sounded a little odd.

Thats what I was thinking also but if not in a 2 on / 2 off laddered dosage then what other way should it be taken?
