Standing leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
Seated leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
super set with 6 reps single leg seated. Holding 2 seconds each rep.
Laying leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
super set with 6 reps starting from the top, 1/4 way down and squeeze back up to the top. It's like doing a tight crunch for your hamstrings. I feel it hit upper hams.
or
Laying leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps. feet crossed.
Stiff leg deadlifts
2 sets, 10 reps
Adductor machine (We call them pussy crunches)
4 sets, 10 reps
Then hit calves
5 sets seated
5 sets standing
