I'm bored and off season. My next show isn't until summer 2008 so I have plenty of time to grow. This is what I look like fat. What the fuck. Take a look.

But Id still condone it cuz its better than looking at the 40% morbidly obese ppl wobbling around.

Off topic but, Carlos do you have any posts of workout logs? I want to take a peak at your leg workout since that is my weakest part and clearly you have no problems in that area.

I split quads and hamstrings seperate days.
Day 1 (About an hour 15 min workout)
Quads
4 sets leg extensions
10 reps, 2 second hold at the top
Squats
4 sets 10 reps ass to heals. I go full range. None of that 50% shit. You'll have to lower the weight than what you normally do for 50% to go all the way down.
Leg press, feet together
4-5 sets, 10 reps
Hack squats, feet together
All the way down bottoming out the hack squat
4-5 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell squats
4 sets, 10 reps
or
Walking lunges
4 sets
Quads I always mix them up. Some times I'll do 8-10 sets of leg press varying foot position. Or I'll mix up the order. I like to hit quads differently every week.

Hamstrings
Standing leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
Seated leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
super set with 6 reps single leg seated. Holding 2 seconds each rep.
Laying leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps
super set with 6 reps starting from the top, 1/4 way down and squeeze back up to the top. It's like doing a tight crunch for your hamstrings. I feel it hit upper hams.
or
Laying leg curls
4 sets, 10 reps. feet crossed.
Stiff leg deadlifts
2 sets, 10 reps
Adductor machine (We call them pussy crunches)
4 sets, 10 reps
Then hit calves
5 sets seated
